We are currently hiring for:

• Foreman

  • Oversees daily job site operations to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to JWILCO’s quality standards. Coordinates crews, manages workflow, communicates with project managers and clients, and resolves on site challenges. Responsible for enforcing safety protocols, maintaining productivity, and keeping projects moving efficiently.​

• Lead Carpenter

  • Executes skilled carpentry work while guiding crew members on construction tasks such as framing, siding, decking, window installation, and finish work. Interprets plans, measures accurately, and ensures craftsmanship meets JWILCO’s expectations. Supports the foreman by helping organize materials, maintain job site cleanliness, and keep work progressing smoothly.

• Laborer 2

  • Provides reliable on site support for construction projects through material handling, job site preparation, demolition, basic carpentry assistance, and cleanup. Operates tools safely, follows direction from supervisors, and contributes to an organized, efficient work environment. Ideal for individuals with some construction experience who are ready to grow their skills.
